Refunds
This page separates behavior that is implemented in the application from refund terms that still require an identified operator and support channel.
Effective 11 August 2026
There is nothing to cancel
Certifications are charged once, per certification. Nothing recurs, so there is no billing period to end, no renewal to stop and no cancellation to schedule. Not buying another certification is the whole of it.
Refund status
The repository contains a provider refund operation, but code capability is not a public refund policy. No automatic refund window, eligibility promise, processing time or decision-maker has been approved in the available project evidence.
Before paid launch, the operator must publish its legal identity, a reachable support contact, refund rules and any legally required cooling-off or grievance process. Until then, checkout should remain unavailable to real customers.
Billing records
Every purchase and its status are shown in the signed-in account, including one that has been refunded. A refund is complete only when the provider event and the local billing record both show it; a request, a screenshot or an email is not by itself proof that money was returned.
A refund concerns the payment only. A credential already earned is not withdrawn by refunding what was paid for the exam — withdrawing a credential is a separate decision about whether a result was valid, and it is recorded as such.
